Terex Finlay are delighted to announce the launch of the new 696 inclined screen. Available in three or two deck variants these models have been developed to provide a superior high production screening solution in quarrying, mining, sand and gravel, coal, woodchip and topsoil applications.

Terex Finlay 696 3-deck inclined screen The new high energy  screenbox is the largest in the Terex Finlay triple deck inclined  range and features three full size 6.1m x 1.7m (20’ x 5’ 7”) decks to give a total screening area of 31.1m² (335ft²). The large 8m³ (10.5yd³) large hopper / feeder is fitted with variable speed belt feeder to ensure consistent flow of material and can be fitted with remote tipping grid or double deck vibrating grid. The fourth product oversize plus conveyor has hydraulic variable tilt and slew discharge for re-circulating to secondary crusher or stockpiling of finished material. The compact transport envelope enables the machine to be transported between jobsites with ease. Hybrid powerpack is available as an option.

Terex Finlay 696 2-deck inclined screen The new high energy screenbox is the largest in the Terex Finlay two-deck inclined screen range and features two full size 6.1m x 1.7m (20’ x 5’ 7”) to give a total screening area of 20.74m² (223ft²). The 8m³ (10.5yd³) hopper / feeder is fitted with variable speed belt feeder to ensure consistent flow of material and can be fitted with remote tipping grid or double deck vibrating grid. Operator benefits include a quick set-up time (typically under 30 minutes) with hydraulically folding screenbox catwalks and product conveyors. The compact transport envelope enables the machine to be transported between jobsites with ease. Hybrid powerpack is available as an option.

Design updates for rapid onsite deployment. The screenbox on both models has been fitted with hydraulic folding catwalks as standard to enable rapid screenbox deployment. The simplified and reconfigured folding design ethos introduced on the 684 models of screeners has been carried across onto these new models for ease of onsite movement and rapid set up and tear down times.

Efficient and optimized power The hydraulics system on both machines has been engineered to provide the optimum balance of power and efficiency and the powerpack has been designed to operate at lower engine speeds to raise cost-efficiency in the long term without compromising on performance.

Hybrid technology Both models are available with a hybrid powerpack option. The hybrid powerpack option is based upon an electric/hydraulic drive system that enable operators to connect the machine to a secondary electrical supply on site to provide even greater flexibility and energy efficiency ultimately resulting in significant fuel savings.

Advanced digital solutions Each Terex Finlay inclined screen is factory fitted with the industry leading T-Link telematics solution. T-Link has been designed to improve productivity, efficiency and profitability for customers.  In an industry first T-Link telematics is being offered with a free seven year data subscription package as standard.
